سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

الاستبدال - تحتفظ الشركة بحق استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخرمن نفس النوع والجودة والوظيفة دون إشعار مسبق. لذلك إذا كان المشتري لا يرغب في استلام منتج بديل فإن عليه التصريح بأنه لا يرغب بذلك عندما يقوم بالاستفسار عن السعر، إذا كانت العملية تتطلب استفسار مسبق عن السعر، أو أن يحدد ذلك عند وضع طلبه على موقعنا.

ويكون استبدال الكتاب بأخر خلال مدة 3 أيام فقط بعد استلام الطلب , على أن يتحمل المشتري أجور النقل ..

إرجاع البضاعة – لا يمكنك إرجاع البضاعة كما ولا يمكنك إلغاء الطلبات بعد أن تم قبولها من قبل شركتنا إلا بوجود موافقة مكتوبة من قبل الشركة على ذلك. لا يسمح بإرجاع القطع التي تم تعديلها  والطلبات الخاصة إلا إذا ثبت أنها كانت تحتوي على مشكلة قبل أن يتم إرسالها إلى المشتري , أو بإذن من إدارة المكتبة ..

Replacement - The Company reserves the right to replace the product with another product of the same type, quality and function without prior notice. Therefore, if the buyer does not wish to receive a replacement product, he must declare that he does not wish to do so when he inquires about the price, if the process requires a prior inquiry about the price, or he must specify that when placing his order on our website.

The book can be replaced with another within a period of only 3 days after receiving the order, provided that the buyer bears the transportation costs.

Returning the goods - You cannot return the goods, nor can you cancel orders after they have been accepted by our company unless there is written approval from the company for that. Items that have been modified and special requests are not allowed to be returned unless it is proven that they contained a problem before they were sent to the buyer, or with permission from the library administration.

How can I get my money back if the book is not available after I paid for it or if I receive an edition other than the one I requested?

 You can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt if the item is other than what was requested or agreed upon. As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found that there is no defect or damage in it, we will immediately begin procedures to return your money to you within 3 working days..
